Responsibilities:
*
Consistently meet or exceed monthly meeting goals.
* Responsible for executing on the initial phases of the sales cycle such as lead generation, cold calling, and appointment setting.
* Daily accountabilities: 80 cold calls minimum, 1-2 meetings booked.
* Enter and track prospects and associated notes within marketing database (CRM Application).
* Work collaboratively with the client’s Account Managers to position the company for success.
* Engage multiple decision makers including Business Owners, Executives or IT personnel to kick-start the sales process

Required Skills/Experience:
* Minimum of 2 years B2B sales or appointment setting experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High Energy, Positive Attitude

* Exceptional phone skills. Easily builds rapport and establishes relationships with prospects.

* Listens patiently. Will probe and clarify to get a real sense of customer’s needs.

* Coachable. Listens to and implements advice from manager.

* Resourceful. Goes over, under, around and through obstacles to achieve success.

Compensation:

This is a full-time position with complete training. Including hourly base pay and monthly performance bonuses. On target earning is designed to pay $24K to $26K. Opportunities to progress to more advanced sales programs are available with a proven record of success.
